Our signature Roots of Health Sea Moss Gel is made to order to ensure a refrigerated shelf life up to 4 weeks. Please allow minimum 48 hours for order to be shipped out. All jars are 16 oz.

Care Instructions/How to Consume: Immediately upon receiving, please refrigerate! Take 1-2 tablespoons daily from the jar, add in your smoothies/shakes/tea, and/or use as a face mask. Freezing your Sea Moss Gel will extend the life of it for up to 6 months. A convenient way to freeze would be to use an ice tray and just pop out a cube for each use!
