Detoxifying, herbal rich blend which helps alleviate bloating, cramping, heavy bleeding, and headaches while on menstrual cycle

INGREDIENTS:

• Peppermint: he menthol in peppermint helps decrease smooth muscle spasms, reducing painful stomach cramps, and relieve nausea
• Ginger: has anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties, it may help with both pain and bloating 
• Raspberry Leaf: It provides almost all of the nutrients needed for uterine health, which in turn will help will less cramping
• Fennel: full of powerful antioxidants such as vitamin C and quercetin, which can help reduce pain from menstrual cramps

HOW TO USE:

1. Enjoy 1-2 cups daily before and while on cycle. *Commit daily for life changing results*
2. Bring water to a boil, put 1 heaped tsp of the herbal blend into the boiling water, let it simmer for 1 minute.
3. Then turn off the heat and allow the herbal blend to steep in the water for 8-10 minutes.

Strain and drink: You may add a dash of honey, date syrup or agave nectar to suit your taste. You may also allow the infusion to cool overnight and drink it the next day with some lemon and a sweetener of your choice.

USAGE RECOMMENDATION:

• Serving Size: 1 heaped tsp for 1 cup
• Usages Per Container: 15 cups
• Consumption pattern: Once to twice a day
• Steeping Time: 8-10 minutes

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Always place lid back on jar after use.
• Only use a dry spoon to fish out the herbs.
