Kidney Detox

Kidney Detox: a metabolism boost + bladder cleanse.

This blend is star for reducing inflammation. It works on bladder conditions, regulates blood sugar and helps with weight management.

INGREDIENTS:

• Nettle: Flushes the kidney and the bladder. It lowers blood sugar levels as well as blood pressure. Doubles up as a hair regrowth tonic.
• Dandelion Root: Its active compound reduces inflammation, aids detoxification and digestion
• Marshmallow Root: Helps the body flush the kidneys and bladder, in turn reducing the buildup of minerals and toxins
• Red Clover: Great diuretic, meaning it helps remove extra fluids (water weight) and cleanse the kidneys

HOW TO USE:

1. Enjoy 1-2 cups daily for at least 2 weeks for best results. *Commit daily for life changing results*
2. Bring water to a boil, put 1 heaped tsp of the herbal blend into the boiling water, let it simmer for 1 minute.
3. Then turn off the heat and allow the herbal blend to steep in the water for 8-10 minutes.

Strain and drink: You may add a dash of honey, date syrup or agave nectar to suit your taste. You may also allow the infusion to cool overnight and drink it the next day with some lemon and a sweetener of your choice.

• Serving Size: 1 heaped tsp for 1 cup
• Usages Per Container: 15 cups
• Consumption pattern: Once to twice a day
